Update Regarding Disappearing Gold Issue

We know many of you have been experiencing the gold issue for a while now, wondering if or when you'll get your gold. The good news is that gold is being returned quickly. We apologize for the long delay as the process of returning the gold was not as simple as giving gold back. We had to run through several dozen accounts and then had to scan it through our system for verification. We have just returned gold to over 250 accounts. If you are still experiencing a loss of gold, please submit a help ticket with the following information:
